Winter School and Symposium "Dynamical systems and turbulence" in Bremen
The Winter School and Symposium will be held at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Bremen on March 12-16 2018, where the topic of turbulence will be discussed and is mainly sponsored by the Collaborative Research Centre TRR 181 "Energy Transfer in Atmosphere and Ocean", funded by DFG.
This event is a winter school combined with a symposium and will consist of lecture courses, a number of research talks, and a poster session.
Lecturers in the winter school are Dwight Barkley, Hans Burchard, Charles Doering and Paul Manneville. Speakers of the research talks include Marie Farge, Björn Hof, Ana Mancho and Juan Pedro Mellado.
